As I mentioned in my previous post, by an overwhelming vote, our Fall 2025 book club read is Fierce Self-Compassion (cue confetti 🎉).



đź“… When to Start

  • Official kick-off: First day of fall — Monday Sept 22!

  • Ideal: grab a copy (physical or audio) by then

  • Real talk: if you can’t? No stress. Join in whenever, however.


đź’¬ How This Works

At the end of each week, I’ll:

  • Post discussion questions

  • Share some of my own reflections

  • Open the floor for your insights

So basically: read when you can, share when you want, and let’s learn together. 🌱


🗓️ Reading Plan (Simple + Flexible)

Think of this as a choose-your-own-adventure pace. Here’s my recommended schedule if you like structure (with built-in catch-up weeks ✨):


  • Week 1 (Sept 22–28): Part 1, Chapters 1–2

  • Week 2 (Sept 29–Oct 5): Part 1, Chapters 3–4

  • Week 3 (Oct 6–12): Catch-up / rest week đź’¤

  • Week 4 (Oct 13–19): Part 2, Chapters 5–6

  • Week 5 (Oct 20–26): Part 2, Chapters 7–8

  • Week 6 (Oct 27–Nov 2): Catch-up / rest week 🌿

  • Week 7 (Nov 3–9): Part 3, Chapters 9–10

  • Week 8 (Nov 10–16): Part 3, Chapter 11 + Epilogue 🎉


✨ Action Step

Plan a cozy book club night in mid-November 🌙


Invite whoever feels good to you (friends, partner, solo reflection time all count!) to reflect on your key take aways or quotes from the book
