I’m so excited that you are interested in working with me!  Due to my limited availability, at this time I have limited open spaces for the following potential clients:

• Able to commit to my full fee of $225 for an initial disordered eating/ED assessment and follow-up rate of $185/50min session

• Looking for virtual (video or phone) sessions

• Able to commit to bi-weekly sessions for a minimum of 6 months

• Agrees with the concepts of body liberation + health at every size

• Has target therapeutic goals in mind, for example:

  • Navigating grief & loss 

  • Improving your body image or relationship to movement

  • Support transitioning from mechanical eating into intuitive eating

  • Relationship dynamics, improving interpersonal communication + setting healthy boundaries

  • Supporting a loved one living with an eating disorder/mental health challenges
